This website belongs to ChintoLab, an engineering-led digital agency. When this policy says “we” or “us”, it means ChintoLab. You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@chintolab.com.
2. What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form:
- your name and email address;
- your company name, if you give it;
- the service you are interested in;
- the project details you write.
There are no accounts, no newsletters and no forms other than the contact form.
3. How we use it
- To read and reply to your enquiry.
- To talk with you about a possible project, if you want to.
- To keep the form free of spam: the form briefly uses your connection’s IP address to limit how many messages can be sent in a minute.
4. Where your information goes
Your enquiry is delivered by a secure email service to our inbox, where we read and answer it. The services involved are our website host (Cloudflare) and our email delivery provider (Brevo); they handle it only to deliver it.
The website itself keeps no copy. We do not sell or share your information, and we never use it for advertising.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to answer you and, if we work together, for the project that follows. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
7. Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@chintolab.com and we will deal with your request.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change how the website handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
